Living Dead Dolls!!!

They are BEYOND awesome. But, phew, are they an expensive habit! My parents have no idea how much these babies cost. I'm in a couple of nasty bidding wars on e-bay to get a few EXTREMELY RARE dolls. I only want the dolls that are worth obsene amounts of money, so I can sell 'em off when this phase ends.

I don't think it's gonna end anytime soon.

So far I have purchased 5 dolls, and I'm working on two more, but this war is getting pretty nasty, so I don't know if I'll win the bids.


I only buy dolls that are either in mint condition ($$$$) or have all their original packaging, but have been opened and displayed. So far I have:

Posey (series 1!! super  rare!)
Sinister Minister and Bad Habit (semi-rare; exclusive!)
Alison Crux (really hard to get)
Hollywood (series 5..I got the rare *variant* black and white version.)


I'm trying to get Chloe and Cuddles from series 12, but the bidding is getting really intense. Gah.
I also only buy the dolls that are extremely popular and high on the AWESOMENESS meter.

Do you have Living Dead Dolls that you are willing to sell? Are you on e-bay? Gimme a shout! I'll give you a good offer for them. Though, I can't garauntee when I'll be able to purchase them again...I'm almost going broke here. I'm 18, so I can buy whatever I want, but the parents are painfully aware at my money supply. I never blow 100 bucks or more...at once, at least. After these two, I think I'll stop, maybe do a whole bunch of fan art, do some stop motion videos, and some photography. Then I'll see what other ones I can afford. I might just save up for a really expensive one (like Dawn, Mildread, Toxic Molly or Maggot) and get one every once in a while. Buying them all at once is a little...damaging to my finances.

So....

that is my new obsession.

I also love asian ball jointed dolls, but these are even harder to get on e-bay. I am ecspecially obsessed with Jun Planning dolls. (google them, they are freaking awesome, with eyes that move back and forth. AWESOMENESSSSSS)

I actually had to clean out a section of my room to display these dolls. They are fun to pose and take photos of.
